As a subcontractor at the US Department of Labor, GLS provides critical day-to-day support in the development and maintenance of America’s Service Locator (ASL) as well as to the Toll Free Help Line, 1-877- US2-JOBS. Read more below.

GLS provides business analyst and program support to the US DOL Employment and Training Administration’s initiatives.

Specifically, GLS is responsible for assisting the Federal Project Manager of the E-Tools group in the Division of National Programs, Tools, and Technical Assistance (DNPTTA) in maintaining the ASL Web site content and functionality and coordinating the Communication Database (E-Mail Push System). In addition, GLS implements outreach strategies, provides technical assistance on webinars and designs new content and functionality to support critical Employment and Training Administration (ETA) initiatives. GLS ensures that the TFHL is responsive to current and future ETA/DOL priorities and that the scripts and information related to ETA/DOL programs is accurate and current.
