GLS is a SBA 8a certified company focused on the delivery of superb linguist, vetting, training and project management services that meet or exceed our client’s expectations. We are corporate members of the American Translators Association and the Project Management Institute with linguists and managers on staff who hold certifications from these same certifying bodies. Our clients praise us for quality, on-time delivery of international programs. We maintain 100% compliance through constant attention to detail and focus on the missions of our clients.

We partner with clients to provide staffing and language services that are on time and within budget. By following industry-standard quality management processes and procedures, such as ISO 17100:2015 translation quality management principles, GLS performs on-demand projects in multiple locations. We administer a quality control plan that includes program-level quality assurance and project-level quality control, which results in delivery regardless of the circumstances.

GLS' COMPANY MISSION

Our mission is to improve communications through the accuracy of translation products and timely interpretation services. We strive to increase speaking, reading and writing proficiency levels of foreign languages and English as a Second Language (ESL) through quality instructional services—from beginner skills through fluency of the language. Our language instructors hold degrees, and many are certified by the Foreign Service Institute (FSI) or the Defense Language Institute (DLI). Our instructors further apply a student-centered approach to teaching languages and tailor materials to the student’s needs.
